Many attempts have been made to rationally explain and understand myths. According to popular belief, heroes in mythological legends have been immortalised through these tales to keep alive the memory of great people and their deeds that would otherwise have been lost in the sands of time due to the fickle and vague memory of human beings. Thus, historical clarification is unable to explain how these myths developed in the way that they did. People are curious as to why the main story is woven around specific characters and the myths that surround them.

It is believed that at the dawn of human civilisation, the caveman was fascinated by simple, daily activities and events that occurred. Sunrise, sunset, thunder, lightning, rain & fire etc, all were an enigma to him. His obvious thought was that all these wondrous things had to be controlled by someone, a greater power, a Supreme Being ; he, therefore, came up with the concept of GOD.

Almost all mythological stories consist of some entity with supernatural powers, a godly lineage or outstanding courage. These entities gave human beings faith. It is this faith that gave humans a belief in themselves and motivated them to constantly improve themselves.

Myths, therefore, are the fountainhead for all that is good in the world, constantly urging and goading us to improve ourselves and to do better.

Heyy Mytho Nova

It was lovely to see how you used the stories and the mythologies to reflect your own emotion, idea, and conflicts. While science is about measurement and experimentation, Myth is about faith, emotions and imagination.

Best Wishes

Great interface, very clean/ usable/ inviting.

Please do start with the myth of 'Wrath of Achilles'. The famous Greek/ Homeric myth that we've all grown up on
